Customer Success Manager

Role description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager. Help customers grow and achieve their goals while simultaneously strengthening their relationship with our organization.

Your activities

  • Reach out to customers post sales and assist them with their project.
  • Set up customer interviews for product feedback and market reviews.
  • Translate market requirements to the R&D team.

Our ideal candidate

  • Knowledge of motion capture pipelines
  • Knowledge of XR hardware
  • Perfect English

A bonus would be

  • Knowledge of mocap market
  • French / German speaking
