Build recruitment for a fast-growing high-tech company at the forefront of robotics and Physical AI. Recruit technical talent today and help shape the recruitment team you could lead tomorrow.

Help us build the team behind the technology

At MANUS, we develop advanced hand- and finger-tracking technology used in robotics, Physical AI, XR and motion capture. As our organisation continues to grow, so does our need for talented technical professionals.

As our Corporate Recruiter, you will take ownership of recruitment across MANUS and help us further professionalise the way we attract, select and hire people. You will work closely with hiring managers, actively search for technical talent and contribute ideas on how our recruitment function should develop.

This is more than a vacancy-filling role. You will have the opportunity to help build our recruitment department from the ground up and, as MANUS grows, develop towards a position in which you can lead the function and the team.

What will you do?

Your main responsibility is to find and attract the (international) technical and professional talent MANUS needs to continue growing.

You will manage recruitment processes from the initial intake through to the successful hire and act as a sparring partner for our managers throughout the organisation.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing vacancies from intake to offer and onboarding;
  • Actively sourcing and approaching candidates through LinkedIn, networks, job boards and other relevant channels;
  • Recruiting professionals for technical disciplines such as mechanical engineering, electronics, embedded software, software development, data and production;
  • Conducting screening calls and interviews and assessing candidates on experience, motivation and fit;
  • Advising hiring managers on candidate profiles, recruitment strategy and labour-market availability;
  • Building and maintaining a strong international network of technical professionals;
  • Improving our recruitment processes, tools and candidate journey;
  • Thinking creatively about employer branding, recruitment campaigns and events;
  • Monitoring recruitment results and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Helping determine how the future MANUS recruitment department should be structured.

As your role develops, you will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and potentially build and lead the recruitment function at MANUS.

What are we looking for?

You are a recruiter who enjoys taking responsibility and does not need a fully defined recruitment structure before getting started. You know how to approach candidates, understand what motivates them and are comfortable working with technical hiring managers.

You combine a hands-on mindset with the ability to look beyond today’s vacancies. You enjoy thinking about how recruitment can become smarter, more effective and more scalable.

Ideally, you bring:

  • A completed bachelor’s degree (HBO) or comparable level of education;
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a recruiter, corporate recruiter, recruitment consultant or intermediary;
  • Experience recruiting technical or engineering professionals;
  • Preferably an educational or professional background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable technical field;
  • Experience with active sourcing and direct candidate approach;
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with specialists and managers at different levels;
  • A proactive and independent way of working;
  • A genuine interest in technology and the people behind it;
  • Good command of English, as MANUS operates in an international environment.

Experience within a recruitment agency is certainly welcome, especially if you are ready to move closer to the business and take ownership of recruitment from inside the organisation.

About MANUS

MANUS is a high-tech company based in Eindhoven, developing advanced data gloves and software for precise, drift-free hand and finger tracking — capturing even the most subtle movements in real time. Our technology is used worldwide in robotics, Physical AI, teleoperation, XR, professional simulation and motion capture.

Since our foundation in 2014, we have developed from a specialist in VR gloves into a technology company serving robotics companies, AI research labs, XR developers and motion capture studios around the world. More than 2,000 leading research institutions and technology companies rely on our technology, and MANUS is officially integrated into NVIDIA Isaac Lab as a native teleoperation input — making our tracking data part of the foundation of the development stack for embodied AI.

At MANUS, hardware and software come together. Our teams work across disciplines including electronics, mechanical engineering, embedded systems, software, data and production, in an environment where technical curiosity, practical problem-solving and short communication lines go hand in hand.

What do we offer?

You will join MANUS at a moment when recruitment can make a visible difference to our next phase of growth.

We offer:

  • A gross monthly salary between €3,750 and €5,250, based on a full-time position and depending on your experience, background and level of responsibility;
  • A full-time position at our office in Eindhoven;
  • 27 holiday days (based on 40 hours) and 8% holiday allowance;
  • A travel allowance: kilometre allowance or NS Business Card;
  • A modern pension scheme;
  • A recruitment role with substantial freedom and ownership;
  • The opportunity to help design and professionalise our recruitment approach, with room for your own ideas, tools and ways of working;
  • Direct collaboration with hiring managers and technical specialists across engineering, software, data, production and commercial disciplines;
  • Recruitment challenges in an international, highly specialised technology market;
  • A realistic development perspective towards leading the recruitment function as the team expands;
  • A working environment with a flat organisational structure and short communication lines, at the intersection of robotics, AI, hardware and software.
