Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven AI Engineer to take full ownership of new and exciting products within our portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of an embodied AI data capture solution from the ground up. Spanning data science, software, hardware, and systems integration.

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of this product. You’ll work closely with our multidisciplinary teams, where you will have the sole responsibility developing our Robotic & embodied AI data collection pipeline.

Your Responsibilities

·       Research and prototype a framework to capture human interaction data.

·       Build robust data collection pipelines for training and evaluation.

·       Integrate human motion capture data with robotic systems in real time.

·       Develop machine learning models for motion retargeting and behaviour prediction.

·       Own the full product lifecycle: architecture, prototyping, testing, and deployment.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to align product development with company goals.

·       Optional: Design and implement control systems for robotic arms and hands.

Our Ideal Candidate

·       Master’s degree in AI, Data science Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

·       3+ years working experience or PhD.

·       Experience with C++, ROS2, ISAAC Sim. And AI/ML tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

·       Mathematical experience in coordinate translations, quaternions, inverse kinematics.

·       Proficiency in machine learning, especially in motion analysis or control optimization.

·       Skilled in building data pipelines and working with large sensor datasets.

·       Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a product.

·       Optional: experience in robotics system design and control.

·       A full-time job (40h, 1fte).

·       A salary of €4.000,- / €7000,- a month(depending on experience).
