We’re looking for a Sales Order Entry Clerk to join our sales team. In this important back-office role, you’ll support the sales team in processing and coordinating customer orders. You’ll ensure that orders are entered, tracked, and processed correctly, so our customers can count on excellent service and timely delivery.
Job description
As a Sales Order Entry Clerk, you serve as a key link between customers, sales, and internal departments such as Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance. You are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of sales orders and support the sales team with various administrative tasks.
You maintain an overview, monitor the progress of orders, and ensure that any discrepancies are quickly identified and resolved. Thanks to your structured approach, processes run smoothly, allowing account managers to focus on further developing customer relationships.
Responsabilities
• Processing, entering, and verifying sales orders in the ERP system
• Monitoring order statuses and following up on pending tasks
• Supporting the sales team with administrative and commercial tasks
• Maintaining contact with customers regarding orders, delivery times, and order changes
• Preparing and processing order confirmations and other commercial documentation
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Managing and updating customer data and relevant records

• Enjoys performing administrative tasks
• Has a proactive attitude and can work accurately; has an eye for detail
• Has an analytical mindset and is proficient with ERP systems
• Can work independently and, after some guidance, is able to set priorities on their own in a dynamic service environment.
A plus would be
• Experience in administration is not required; a proactive attitude toward learning is enough!
• Sees themselves working in a diverse company and feels comfortable speaking and writing in English

· €2.700 - €3.500 gross per month, depending on skill level
