Job Description
As Senior Analog Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of new sensor technologies in our future product ranges. You are a sparring partner for technicians at companies like Tesla or Apple.
Your ideas are implemented in our future products and contribute to MANUS’ success. You work together with an ambitious team, which you enrich with your expertise.

Your Responsibilities
· Designing, simulating, and testing complex analogue electronic circuits
· Performing SPICE simulations to validate designs
· Designing and testing electronics for EMC compatibility
· Applying Design for Excellence principles (DFM, DFA, DFT) throughout the development process
· Defining and writing requirements for new functionalities
· Documenting designs and verifying compliance with required specifications
· Performing unit testing and integration testing
· Conducting end-to-end root cause analysis for technical issues
· Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, software, manufacturing)
· Coaching and mentoring junior and medior engineers
· Planning and leading small to mid-size projects within the mechatronics domain
Our Ideal Candidate
· Strong background in Electrical Engineering or a related field, demonstrated through formal education or equivalent professional experience
· At least 8 years of professional experience in electronics engineering
· Strong proficiency in ECAD design, preferably Altium
· Strong proficiency in SPICE simulations
· Experience with designing and testing complex analogue circuits
· Experience with EMC design and testing
· Familiarity with mechanical design principles
· Used to working and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English
A Plus Would Be
· Interest in and / or experience with VR or Motion Capture
· Experience with microcontrollers
· Experience with embedded C and/or C++
· Signal processing experience
· Experience with SolidWorks
· Experience with the following tools: Git, Jira, Confluence
· Great math skills
· Experience with CE/FCC certification / PDN analyses / RF design
