Manus is a scale-up organization and as a Logistics employee you are responsible for various logistics tasks. You ensure that our products are shipped on time and correctly. When needed, you work with carriers (mainly DHL), customs agents and end customers to solve issues in delivery chain.

You are responsible for picking components and overall warehouse coordination.

Inbound Logistics are just as important as Outbound Logistics. You manage all incoming and outgoing packages, and the warehouse is always organized and tidy. In short, because of you, the logistics process runs smoothly, and you are the center of the company. Your tasks will be:

·        Arranging transportation for inbound and outbound shipments. Ensuring timely delivery and handling any transportation delays

·        Following our packing procedures and complying with DHL safety standards

·        Picking orders, receiving incoming goods and handling return logistics (RMAs)

·        Coordinating order fulfilment with suppliers

·        Providing delivery updates to your colleagues and customers

·        Processing deliveries and Purchase orders in our ERP system (Exact)

·        Making sure to keep the stock levels correct.

·        Identifying/ reporting shortages or discrepancies as part of the stock management tasks.

·        Stock counting 2- 4 times a year in collaboration with the financial department

·        When necessary, helping other departments in Operations (QC/Production)

Who are you?

·        You are familiar with a start-up / scale-up organization, where you must be used to having many different tasks and can therefore multi-task.

·        You enjoy working in an international environment

·        You have already worked with an ERP system or are familiar with Exact. This would be a bonus, but not a must because you can learn on the job.

·        You can keep an overview and, in addition to the logistics process, you also enjoy dealing with administration and customer contact.
