Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Business Developer to identify new growth opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive the adoption of our motion capture and automation technologies in America. You’ll play a key role in expanding Manus' footprint across industries such as robotics, manufacturing, simulation, and research.
Your Responsibilities
• Work from Manus and focus on North America and Latin America.
• Identify and engage with prospective clients in robotics, industrial tech, simulation, and research sectors
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders
• Communicate the value of Manus’ motion capture solutions in solving real-world challenges
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs
• Represent Manus at industry events, trade shows, and during key client engagements
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy
• Maintain and grow a high-quality sales pipeline to meet business targets
Our Ideal Candidate
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or technical sales in tech, robotics, or B2B environments.
• An interest in innovative technologies and emerging fields like motion capture, AI, or automation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
• Familiarity with robotics, manufacturing workflows, or simulation environments
• Experience working together with R&D teams
We Offer
• A full-time or part-time job as Business Developer (36 – 40 hours)
• A salary of €3.800,- / €5000,- a month (depending on experience)
• Holiday allowance of 8% (based on yearly income)

• Hybrid working, minimum of 3 days at the office
