Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Representative to support MANUS' growth ambition. As a self-starter with experience in B2B sales, you'll be responsible for managing the inbound lead flow and guiding customers through the purchasing funnel. Next to that, the role will include targeted outreach to specific customer segments to introduce them to the MANUS solutions.



  • Lead Management: Score and qualify incoming leads and follow up on your own customer relationships from inbound to conversion.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts.
  • Outbound Sales: Reach out to targeted customer segments to introduce them to the MANUS suite of solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work together with the regional Business Development Managers to assess the region and industry specific sales strategies and analyze the outcome of your efforts.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activity and progress to the Commercial Director.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.



  • Experience: 1+years in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector. Knowledge of the XR and/or Motion Capture industry is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn and understand MANUS hardware and software pipelines and the context in which they will be utilized by customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in the use of digital CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics or equivalent).
