Polygon | Calibration
Note: This article applies to both Prime 3 Haptic XR Gloves and Prime 3 Mocap Gloves
Note: This article applies to both Quantum Mocap Metagloves and Quantum XR Metagloves.
From the Side Panel
Step 1
In the Dashboard select a user from the 'Polygon' tab.

Step 2
In the bottom section click on the 'Calibrate' button.

In the main Viewport
Step 1
Select the type of gloves and trackers you are using

Step 2
To define your body proportions and Tracker offsets start the Calibration process

Calibration Steps
Depending on the hardware you have selected all or some of the following steps will be shown in the Manus software. Mimic these poses closely for the best result.
Step 1: Left Hand Flap
Grab your left wrist and bend it up and down

Step 2: Left Hand Twist
Grab your left elbow and twist your hand left to right

Step 3: Right Hand Flap
Grab your right wrist and bend it up and down

Step 4: Right Hand Twist
Grab your right elbow and twist your hand left to right

Step 5: Hands Together
Put your hands together and point them forward

Step 6: Left Elbow
Grab your left elbow and stretch your left hand forward.
(This step only applies to the 8-piece strap set)

Step 7: Left Shoulder
Grab your left shoulder and stretch your left arm forward.
(This step only applies to the 8-piece strap set)

Step 8: Right Elbow
Grab your right elbow and stretch your right arm forward.
(This step only applies to the 8-piece strap set)

Step 9: Right Shoulder
Grab your right shoulder and stretch your right arm forward.
(This step only applies to the 8-piece strap set)

Step 10: T-Pose
Make a T by stretching your arms horizontally.
Put your feet together and point them forward.

Step 11: Pelvis
Place your wrists on the edge of your pelvic bone

Step 12: Left Foot
Put your left foot forward and twist it on its heel

Step 13: Right Foot
Put your right foot forward and twist it on its heel

Step 14: Neck Joint
Place your wrists below your ears and grab the back of your head

Step 15: Head Top
Rest the palm of one of your hands on top of your head while keeping your other hand next to your body
