Calibration in MANUS Core 2.0 and up

First, MANUS Core will check for connected gloves and dongles.

If your devices are connected wired or in the pairing mode, they will light up green. If they are not detected, the icons will remain greyed out.

Once your devices are connected, you will be able to calibrate your Prime gloves.

Calibration Steps

There are three steps to calibrate each Prime Series glove.

STEP 1

Make a fist: close your fingers and rest the thumb on the side. Then, wait for the calibration of this step to complete.

STEP 2

Straighten the fingers and bend the thumb. Again, hold still till the step is complete.

STEP 3

Make a pistol: straighten your index finger and thumb , and close all other fingers. Wait for the calibration to complete.

Do the same for your other glove.

Calibration in MANUS Core 1.9

In the Dashboard select a glove from the 'Gloves' tab.

In the bottom section click on the 'Calibrate Glove' button.

Check the 'Progress automatically' box to go through all of the calibration steps automatically.

Press the 'Start calibration' button

STEP 1

Make a fist with your hand. This calibrates the sensors to your fingers in the most bent position.

STEP 2

In this step you straighten your fingers while bending your thumb. This calibrates the sensors to your fingers in the most straight position. It also calibrates the thumb sensors in the most bent position.
