SteamVR Pro Tracker | Setup
Note: This article applies to both Prime 3 Haptic XR Gloves and Prime 3 Mocap Gloves

Connecting the SteamVR Pro Trackers
WIRELESS CONNECTION
Step 1
Switch on the Pro Tracker by sliding the switch to the (center) on position.
The first time you do this the Pro Tracker will not be paired to a device and the status light will turn green.
Step 1
Make sure to install and launch SteamVR on your computer. This is available for free from the Steam Store.
Step 2
Plug the Tracker Dongle into your computer.
Step 3
Slide and hold the switch on the Pro Tracker to the far right until the status light is blinking blue to enter Pairing Mode.
Step 4
Open the SteamVR Dashboard and navigate to Devices>Pair Controller.
Step 5
From the Controller Pairing panel select 'HTC Vive Tracker'.
If the Pro Tracker is in Pairing mode it will now connect and the status light will switch to solid blue.
WIRED CONNECTION
Step 1
Make sure to install and launch SteamVR on your computer. This is available for free from the Steam Store.
Step 2
Connect the Pro Tracker to your PC with a USB-C cable.
Step 3
Slide and hold the switch on the Pro Tracker to the far right until the status light is blinking blue to enter Pairing Mode.
Step 4
Open the SteamVR Dashboard and navigate to Devices>Pair Controller.
Step 5
From the Controller Pairing panel select 'HTC Vive Tracker'.
If the Pro Tracker is in Pairing mode it will now connect and the status light will switch to solid blue.
Pro Tracker Mounting
Universal Mounting System
The Pro Trackers are equipped with the Manus' Universal Mounting System which is compatible with the entire Manus Ecosystem.
1/4" Thread and adhesive adapters
For use with other systems, you can mount the Pro Trackers by using our 1/4" Thread Adapter or the Adhesive Tape Adapters, giving you free mounting range
Charging and Swapping Batteries
Charge with USB-C cable
You can charge the battery by connecting the Pro Tracker to a PC or power adapter with a USB-C cable.
It takes approximately 1h 15’ to fully charge the battery.
Charge with Charging Station
For a continuous workflow you can quickly remove the empty battery and swap it with a full one.
The empty battery can be placed in the Manus Charging Station, which can charge up to 6 batteries simultaneously.
It takes approximately 1h 15’ to fully charge the battery.
